Not for tall people or wide people
This tub is so uncomfortable! It is not made for tall people and by tall I’m talking 5’5….. your legs will never be able to straighten out in the tub, it will always be up in an angle. Then it’s not meant for wider people. It’s very uncomfortable to sit in and to get out of it is a problem for me. Maybe if your a toothpick you won’t struggle. But aside from that, my real big issue is that hose that you can take out to rinse yourself off with, has to rubber around it, so when we showered, the water leaked into the hole and caused a leak to the floor that went into my kitchen ceiling and ruined it. Had to pay to get it fixed. Now the guy who is fixing the leak has to look for some type of rubber stopper to fit into it. It really sucks because this tub is so expensive. It’s only for the looks

Beautiful but leaks
The media could not be loaded. I love it I got it to upgrade from my garden tub .. but it leaks I don’t see cracks any where but it definitely leaks bad by the time u get out the tub floor full of water so idk

Tub worked only for a couple of months and then it stopped working.
I loved the tub at first then all of a sudden the jets and lights stopped working. It only worked for two months after being installed. I reached out to the support website posted through Amazon, to find out that company doesn’t even sell tubs. I googled the manufacturer and sent an email about this issue. I’m waiting on response to resolve this issue. It is definitely not easy communicating with someone especially when you have made a big purchase.

Leaking
I only used it for 2 years and it started creating leaking issue that damaged my bathroom.

Broke it before even start using
Empava does not give warranty their tub itself, they give warranty for their cheap parts , they can mostly replace the other parts for less than $100. Empava customer care asked me to glue the broken parts as suggested me to buy Bondo All-Purpose Putty, ti fix the unused tub.I am not fixing and using it my home, very expensive mistake.I bought the item directly from Empava site
