Very bright with good light dispersion
These could benefit from longer wires as reaching under the Club Car’s fenders to wire them in was a bit difficult, and that’s with the golf cart’s nose high up and a floor jack. Other than that, they were easy to install and are super-bright with good light dispersion. We use these old golf carts to move around on the gravel drives of our family’s three very rural side-by-side properties where it gets pitch dark at night. The old incandescent lights helped and were better than nothing but with the jarring, vibrating and bumping of the irregular surfaces, the bulbs wouldn’t last long. Although these have been installed for only a short while, so far they seem quite durable and certainly provide a lot of light in the pitch darkness.

Mounting brackets suck, the light not bad
Ordered these for backup lights on my flatbed car hauler, read the reviews about the mounting bracket sucking but decided to order anyway cause they were the right size and the price was not too bad if they didn't work. Got then and tested them out with a 9 volt battery at the kitchen counter and was not all that impressed with the light, I know it was only 9 volt but it gave me a idea of how bright they would be and if it was worth the trouble of mounting them, decided it was bright enough and moved on to getting the brackets on the lights and I'm here to tell you the reviews are accurate when they say they don't fit right. However of your smart enough to mount and wire the things yourself then your smart enough to figure out how to do a few simple bends with a couple of pairs of pliers to get the bracket to fit right. Once I got the bracket on the nuts go into the little slot and get a small screwdriver and fish them up to the bolt and your done. Once mounted on the trailer and had a full 12 volts running to them they were WAY brighter then tested with the 9 volt battery, they work very good for backup lights on my trailer, not sure how far they would reach out in the dark for driving lights but they do have a very nice flood pattern and do spread light very well, please keep in mind they are behind me and I'm looking in the mirror so it might be different if you mount them on the front of something, I will say that I am over all happy with them other then the stupid bracket needing to be bent so it will fit
