Easy to put together. Works great. It's a low impact way of getting your abs to wake up and begin looking like abs again. I use it every day and I love it. Plus, it comes with push-up bars that are very comfortable to use. Great product for the money.

This is my first time using this product. I have bought from the brand before and I was very much satisficed with the product. Very durable and at an affordable price is the best combination to have. The abs roller along with the resistance bands and push bar truly did target the different muscle of the human body. I can recommend this to friends & family. Best part about is that its compact enough for it to be easy travel. Easy to dissemble and reassemble at a later time if on wishes too. So the equipment won't take up much space at all. Overall my experience with the product is much well and truly satisficing.

Got this set to do some light core exercises when I don't want to go to the gym. The Ab roller works well, and the bars are great for push-ups. They help you get a little lower, and take off the strain on your wrists.The resistance bands would chafe my neck for push-ups, so I'll need to use a towel under. Besides that, the plastic had a very foul smell out of the box. Dousing it with Febreeze and leaving it outside for a day seems to get rid of the odor.

The wheel roll smoothly it will give you a workout the knee pad works for kneeling the push up handle will workout your arms and shoulders point them in different angles to work different muscles I really like this kit for a quick home workout without the gym membership.

Good sturdy ab roller.

I've owned several ab wheels/rollers in the past and this is by far the best. Not only do I feel the work out in my abs, but also on my chest. The wide grip handle is easy to grasp and bear the weight, and the push up bars help with the proper form. Overall it's a well built product that looks like it'll last.
