So small
I expected a big beautiful book. It's so small, and somehow tells the entire story--minus some details-- in a few pages. Pretty disappointed.

Story too short
Should get a better version

JUNK
DO NOT BUY. I bought this for a lesson plan I had in mind for my kindergarten classroom. It is not kid friendly, Jack all but murders the giant and then he lives happily ever after. WHAT?! I waited a week for this! I'm so glad I had a backup plan...

Returning
Should have read the reviews before buying this book. Definitely not suitable for toddlers, and not a pleasant read.

Nice book, should use euphemism
Nice book, but the publisher could have used euphemism in place of words like 'killed' 'dead' as the books are intended for toddlers.

Poor packaging, damaged product received
The first time the book received was damaged. The packaging was poor. There is no option to return it so I ordered a replacement. The second time , the book received came in good condition and Amazon packaging was good too.About the book : I found it quite average. I understand that every classic story has a slightly different version by every author/publisher but somehow the continuity seems to be lost as one narrates the story to his/her child and it ends abruptly. So I use it for distraction while feeding the baby as the pop up images are interesting.
