Fantastic!! Takes a lot of the work out of soup making.
I love to use these bags when making soup from poultry. After serving a grilled or roasted chicken, duck or turkey, I like to make soup from the carcass. I remove the bulk of the remaining meat, break up the carcass and put the bones and skin in one of these bags. The bags are remarkably sturdy and boil well. I tie a knot in the open end of the bag and add it to my soup pot along with the other soup ingredients. I cook the soup until the meat is quite tender and falling off the bones. I remove the bag from the pot open it on a cookie sheet and let the contents cool to the touch. Then it is a simple task to remove any excess meat from the bones and add back to the soup mixture. No difficulty in keeping small bones from being added to the soup. Saves a tremendous amount of time in making the soup. You could wash and reuse the bag but I usually discard and use a new one the next time I make soup.

Made my first bone broth with these!
I love these soup socks! Stuffed one full of roasted chicken bones plus whole wings, feet, an onion (quartered) and a whole bulb of garlic. Tied it off and sunk it into a “7-quart” crockpot (that only holds 5 quarts!) full of water. About 30 hours later, I took the sock out of 5 quarts of lovely, clear, silky and flavorful bone broth. No muss; no fuss! I was able to empty and wash the mesh bag for another use. Just to continue the theme and further eliminate the straining process, I used a 4x6” cloth spice bag for fresh thyme, bay leaves and peppercorns in the broth as well. These babies are a game changer in the broth & stock process.I’ll be giving a package to my niece soon.

Worked perfectly!

First time using, and very happy with results!
I used two socks - one for the bones, one for the veg. Made life so much easier. I didn't need to do any addition straining beyond dropping the bags in a colander over the pot, and pressing with the back of a spoon. I know others have said they are washable, but I didn't bother trying. To me, you'd never get the grease out and it would go rancid quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Very handy
I had read about these on a Facebook post, and I had to try them. They really work! The first time I used one, I just put the chicken carcass and various other bones into it, but I put the vegetables loose in the pot. Worked just fine, but I still had to fish out the veggies. The next time, everything went into the sock. Easy-peasy. Just lift it up and let it drain. Great item!

Did the job. Easy to use
Used it to cook Jiggs dinner at Christmas. Put each vegetables in different bags. Put the salt meat in a bag too. Made it so easier to retrieve and sort them when all cooked

Good capacity
I was a bit surprised by how compact these soup socks are. I like the idea of the soup sock. It doesn’t really cut much time off your after-cooking clean up, but they really help with keeping your stock/ broth clear. If you don’t plan on reusing the socks, then they are a bit pricey for what they are. Next try will be separate socks for the meat and the veggies, with tea balls for the smaller spices/ herbs. If you plan on doing a double batch, using the same bones - these make that process a lot easier. An improvement for me would be a draw string, or clip. Not always easy to tie a knot at the top.
