munirater Motocycle Brown Spring Seat with Seat Base Replacement for Honda Shadow Spirit ACE VT 1100 750

I have now tried twice to get this seat with all the parts but both times it has sent without the seat base plate or the nuts and bolts.

Didn't send base plate for seat are nuts and bolts as detailed in order form

it was advertised as a fit for my motorcycle, wrong!!!! it is not for mine.
