I have ordered this now three or four times. I have recommended this compound to several of my friends also. I take it for sleep. I have a very hard time initiating and sustaining the sleep state but I think for most other people this stuff will definitely knock you out or at least make you sleepy. I think it would be good if you are trying to reduce or taper the dose of nighttime sleep drugs, because it could enhance the quality of your sleep.Please use common sense when using this. I spoke to my naturopath about the various ingredients in here and he said he did not know anyone who had any problem with these. I can tolerate four tablets at night, and none during the day, but another person may find that dose too strong. I also do not have high blood pressure at all to begin with, and this stuff does not lower my blood pressure in any concerning way. I do not feel dizzy when I have to get up in the night to pee. I hear that you do not end up with postural hypotension with this stuff as a general rule unless the dose is way too high. Again, use common sense.I am noticing that while running, and then, slow down, pulse recovery rate seems faster (sign of health I would suppose) but that may be because I am healthier anyway.
