The Good Patch Relax Patches, to Unwind and Decompress, Natural Patch with Ashwagandha, Ginger Root, Plant Powered Wearable Wellness, Sustained Release (8 Total Patches)

The patch is good quality. Ingredients seem good. Definitely relaxing. The one downside was the edges of the patch turn dark making it noticeable on a bare arm therefore lots of questions from curious coworkers/those around me.

The patch did want I needed to is to relax me. I bought several times. The only thing I didn’t like is the residue. It took forever and days to remove

I like the fact that they're made in the US they are kind of pricey for the amount that you get. I think it's only 8. It seemed to help I was glad it was a different color because all these patches have a tendency to fall off actually this one did not it adhered very well. I had it on for about 20 hours and it kind of stained my arm which is not a big deal I can probably wash it off.

I use these patches for work. They allow me to handle tough situations and stay calm under tremendous pressure.

I was hopeful these patches would work for me. They stick well, but start to burn after wearing for about an hour and leave a sticky mess on your arm. They don't work.

These work really well for me. I usually get stressed and anxiety at work so when I feel myself getting there I’ll pop one on and 30 mins later I can feel the anxiety go away and I start to feel relaxed. They are pricey though for only 8 patches

I tried these as a solution when anxiety meds fall short. They worked ok but are very expensive IMO. The listing is confusing as to how many are in the order.
