Great baking pans
This brand of pans is my new go to for baking. This particular one is a game changer for my cinnamon rolls. They came out perfect! I love the removable base which makes getting them out easy peasy! It cleans nicely and cooks beautifully.

Great Quality, but side sticking problems for my application
I own two Fat Daddio drop bottom pans. I purchased the 8 x 8 x 2 for a specific purpose and I also own an 8 x 8 x 3 nonstick pan that I purchased at a chain store. I had to make a double batch of two particular bar cookies that I make so I needed a second pan. The quality and appearance of the Fat Daddio pan is excellent, however, both of the different bar cookies I made stuck to the sides of the Fat Daddio pan, but not the nonstick. I used cooking spray and lined the pan with parchment paper. The issue is not the bottom but the sides sticking, so I had to use a knife to loosen the edges. Most people would think using a knife is no big deal but the item I make is sold and needs to have a professional appearance and I want a clean edge. You also must wash Fat Daddio pans by hand. If you put them in the dishwasher they will turn black and gray since it is anodized aluminum. They clean up easily enough but I prefer to put everything in the dishwasher. For people that have complained that the pan LEAKS batter, you are right. If you want to use a runny batter mix, buy a spring form pan, not a drop bottom pan (even spring forms can leak). The bottom of these pans do not lock in place, it just lies loose in the bottom of the pan. These pans are designed for thick batters (like cookies), breads, and crusts. I always put aluminum foil on the outside of the pan so any leaks will not end up on the bottom of my oven. Before you buy a specialty pan, always read the reviews so you will purchase the appropriate pan for the application. I consider myself a serious cook and have learned how not to do something many times - save yourself a mess and take my advice. I also own an MIU Oven Liner from Amazon for when I do screw up!

I do not like it at all the cake batter leaks out of the bottom I should’ve sent it back, but I don’t have the box

For the first time I had saved a lot of time baking
It’s super easy to use and to remove the cheesecake, I tried one first to see how it came out and I was astonished by the results. So easy to clean up also.I used a very thick layer of crust to avoid spelling and put a cookie sheet under just in case ( useless). I highly recommend this products. Thanks.
