Ordered this for my daughter for mother's day with a picture of her three children, my grandchildren, when they were babies. She loved it! She is a teacher and the first time she wore it she received numerous compliments. My granddaughter loved it and also wants one. The picture and engraving on backside were spot on, and it was received within three days! I will definitely be ordering another one.....or two!

I ordered the 14 kt gold heart for my daughter with a photo of her new baby for Mother’s Day. She is a first time mom and she loved it! The item is thin and dainty. It is not a heavy gold charm. The inscription is perfect and the picture looks great. My daughter prefers a lighter weight around her neck. The seller did a great job.

this thing is not priced to its value.Pretty much a scam.The only thing of any real value is the photo of your loved one.Saw the ad and thought what a great gift for my wife with a pic of our newest grandchild..right?Wasn't expecting anything of heirloom quality,just something decent to show the pride my wife has for this young buck.It could not be made more cheaply if they tried.I mean this thing they are selling for 40 bucks...might be worth 40 cents...and thats being generous.First off,the 'chain' is so thin and cheap,if you hung a paper clip from it,it may snap from the shear weight..Then..they send the pendent part in this little cloth bag like its something special.I picked it up and seriously thought it was empty because there was literally zero weight to it at all.To my surprise ,on closer inspection,I find the actual item.Turns out,its like this thin sliver of plastic and it looks like they took...some tin foil...if they made tin foil as thin as rice paper,and covered the back of the plastic with it,with the picture smaller than my thumbnail.Take my advice...do not waste your money on this..pretty sad actually because its a great concept,thought my wife would love this as a stocking stuffer...now though...I'm totally too embarrassed to even gift it to her...for 40 bucks,it could have been made 1000 times better and still made them 150% profit...feel like I should be calling the police on this company...no lie...If somebody can do this,but actually put a little care and quality into it...this would be an awesome gift...but as it stands...I warn you...this is 100 % a scam...Don't ever buy anything from this company...they are just ripping us all off with their garbage...I'd be surprised if they actually spent 10 cents making it...thats how completely cheesy it is

I ordered a heart chain and the pendant itself came out perfect! However the chain, does NOT match the description provided in the photos. It’s an ugly chain and does not go with the beauty of the pendant AT ALL! Should have been better especially for the price after shipping… I would have loved to give them 5 stars, bc of the chain i gave them 4. However if your ordering for the pendant alone i say go for it.

Loved it. It a gift for my mom.It is a bit thin but for the price and shipping speed I am super happy with it.

Quality looks good, great shipping but the picture was horribly cropped. Almost cut the head off one person. It was cropped correctly when ordered. What would have been a great Mother’s Day gift is now not so great. Contacting the seller to see if they can redo.UPDATE 5/25/25: Seller replaced item with one correctly cropped and it’s perfect. Very good customer service.
