The best value and healthy ingredients. No oils, good flavor. Small sprat fish

They're from Canada and not from the baltic sea and they taste pretty good. They need more spicy chilies and olive oil.

These are technically 'Sprats', these feel like the bones are finer and so soft it almost feels like they are boneless. The hot sauce is punchy and flavorful. A comparable product is the Chicken Of The Sea, which are the same thing (Sprats), but the Chicken Of The Sea, have a very mild almost diluted sauce compared to these. These are a bit spicier in my opinion (Not over spicy) and pair well with crackers. Even my wife, who hates sardines, likes these and said they are delicious and have a similar texture to tuna. I have purchased these over and over.
