Ambassador Marine Trinidad- Head/Shower Combo Faucet (Small Chrome Sprayer - No Hook, 6-Feet Black Rubber Hose), Chrome

I got this faucet fixture to replace an older model that sprang a leak. Turns out it was the newer version of the old one and it fit perfectly with much easier flexible lines and fitting making an easier install.

Like everything that includes the word “marine,” this faucet is considerably more expensive than a comparable version bought by land lubbers. But it fits compact places on a small boat great and holds up nicely. My faucet handle cracked after a year, probably because I didn’t properly drain it over the winter. I called customer service and they not only helped me identify exactly which model but also sent me a free replacement handle and a spare JIC it wasn’t the exact fit.; And the process was astonishingly pleasurable as they answered the phone and focused on solving the problem even though I had passed the warranty period. If you are looking for a boat replacement, I recommend this company because they stand behind their quality; an increasingly rare corporate policy.

Real nice faucet. I installed it in my boat's head. What a goofy design though. I turned the faucet on and no water came out. It turns out that you either have to hold down on the lever or leave the lever in the up position to use it like a regular faucet. It's about water conservation which I get on the boat, but the lever is backwards in my opinion. When it's in the sink mode the lever should be down.

This is precisely what I got just like this. The box was torn like in the picture and the faucet was freely sliding around. No manual, no warranty paperwork, nothing. This is clearly a used product that was returned.

This was for our sailboat and it was a little bit larger than the original but we love it. Seems like a great quality for a good price. Time will tell how it holds up but so far I love it!

Installed on our 38' Irwin sailboat, replacing original faucets. We especially like the lever on/off mechanism on the faucet head. Very convenient for onboard showers since you can set the water temperature and then control the flow without messing with the hot/cold knibs
