1 floor works best!
I bought this right before we moved. I now live in a tri-level home. It works great BUT I'm 53 and carrying up and down stairs is no picnic. Only complaint is it heavy... it's quality, but you can feel the quality!

Great product
I like this vacuum water is the filter, than a paper bag. Less for the trash!!! Attachments are good too. Enjoy!!!

Has poor suction and returns are a nightmare
We received this product and hooked it up. It seems to have good suction where you attach the hose, but when you add the attachments, it looses suction. If you look closely at the images of the attachments you can see that the hole that holds them in place is very large. This lets air get sucked through the hole instead of the attachment, so it does not pick up dirt. It is a manufacturing defect. I am trying to return it, and Amazon and the seller are giving me the run-around. I would caution you that this seller does not stand behind their products and it will be a nightmare to return. It is just not worth the risk to try to deal with them.

So happy with this!
After much research, I bought this vacuum because we have a dog and a cat that shed like they live in the Amazon and my husband and I both have allergies. I have now used it 5 times (both vacuuming and dusting) and it has done a super job. I do find it a bit clumsy, but that it is FAR outweighed by the fact that I can clean easily under chairs and beds, and my 2 rugs haven't looked this good since we bought them. It used to take me about 1-1/2 hours to vacuum my house. Now it's under an hour and everything is cleaner than it was with the Dyson. I'm very pleased!

Too heavy and expensive
Very heavy and hard to figure out. Works okay as a vacuum providing you put in the time figuring out how to even open it to get to the water filter. Also takes 2 men and a boy to carry it. That’s on top of the HUGE price.

Good vacuum
We bought this because our Rainbow stopped working and this one was cheaper than a new Rainbow. It is overall a good vacuum. The only real complaint I have is that there should be a better way to wrap the cord, you cannot wrap the cord unless the water container is on the vacuum. Poor design on that.
