Not a happy person
The media could not be loaded. Bought these on Nov 18th and installed them on January 15 th.Just started using the stair case last week and one of the weld on the bracket broke already.Window to return them is closed so I have to buy a whole new set so I can replace the one that broke.I am really concerned about how safe these are for a handrail for the weld to break so easily.I would probably not buy this product not sure it would hold up if someone had to put there weight on the handrail
