Do not waste your money - do not buy this ladder it took forever to put together then when you go to step on, it completely falls apart and the steps slide down. Worst thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon. Such a complete waste of money and they do not offer refunds. I still have it, I’ll try and update with a video later.

UPDATE: I'm returning the ladder because after a few days of use the steps absolutely don't stay down. As a result the ladder loses stability and the legs swivel my son fell WITH the ladder as he was getting out of the pool because if the steps move there is no way for the ladder to stay stable. The clips used to keep the steps in place are constantly dropping on both sides of the ladder (the side inside and outside the pool).It's a pool ladder as described. The steps are one of those slide it down the pole to lock it in place type of deals, but there's nothing to really keep the step down. It doesn't really "click" it just sits on top of a plastic clasp top keep it from sliding down further. Bit this ladder goes in a pool... and just the force of putting it into the pool pr a kid knocking against it is enough to lift the steps which allows the legs to twist which makes it hard to reassemble while it's in the pool being used. So there's that. I wish there was a rubber washer or band that slid OVER each leg above the steps top keep thr steps in place. It's sturdy enough when it stays assembled bit thr directions are only pictures which actually doesn't make it easier by the way. Overall I'm disappointed that it cost $100 ... but supply and demand I guess!!!

I am super impressed with how fast it was delivered after I ordered it. Great product especially for my little ones. Makes it easier for them to get in and out of the pool.

This ladder is horrible! It broke within days of having it. The steps fall almost every time they are stepped on. My children are 8 and 7 and weigh less than 60 pounds each and their weight was enough to break the steps. Do NOT buy this ladder. Total waste of money.

Once assembled it's a nice looking ladder. Looks sturdy enough. But assembly sure as heck took longer than 10 minutes and there were no English instructions! It's a good thing they sent a couple of extra blue things (I don't know what they're called) to attach the rungs to because one side of one of the steps keep coming off and collapsing (for lack of a better word). This could prove to be potentially unsafe for the kids so I was glad I had the extras which I recently used, hopefully that'll do the trick. Ultimately I feel like I got a great deal cuz these ladders can be rather expensive. It does make it easier for the kids to get in and out of the pool, and they are VERY happy.

It’ll get you in and out. It wobbles. The feet turn. The instructions are very hard to follow, but read them over and over before putting it together. There are pieces that go specific ways so that other corresponding pieces fit properly. It’s cheap af. I’m 5’3” and 180lbs chunk. I barely fit. Good luck hubby!
