And "make" doesn't mean anything difficult -- most of the recipes here involve mixing/using baking soda, vinegar, and a few other simple ingredients. Buying different cleaning solutions for different purposes can get expensive, clutter your house, and bring in harsh and harmful chemicals. All tips in this book involve natural and effective (and cheap!) solutions. Highly recommended.

If there is one thing I realise more and more, is that we're being intoxicated by the modern household products. This book doesn't give you a list of chemicals to clean your house, but RECIPES! That's right, recipes. I found it very helpful and I'm now moving towards what I call the "organic household". This book is awesome!

The author does a nice job explaining how you can save money by making home-made cleaners, and oodles of tips and tricks to get your house spic and span without slaving away forever!I guarantee there's something in this book that's going to help you make cleaning time a little more easier.Great Book!

These hacks are great and frugal too. Making your only cleaners and cutting costs is what this book is all about. All of us have common household products lying around such as witchazel and vinegar. You know that old bottle of with hazel you've forgotten about in the medicine cabinet. Put it to good use instead of just sitting there. This is an excellent read and definitely something for everyone.

Better load up on vinegar and baking soda (as this is the base for a lot of the 'hacks'). This book is very useful for 3 situations, 1: you're trying to save money big-time on even small things, 2: you're out of a necessary product and don't feel like going to the store, or 3: you're trying to go all natural and get rid of using nasty chemicals for washing purposes. I think the third option is a good reason to buy this book, as you get a lot of secret tips to swap out your chemicals with. Worth checking out.
