Love dolsot bibimbap!
If you use it correctly and leave it long enough on the gas burner, the rice will get crispy on bottom and along sides of the clay pot. Love it!

Good Quality Pot for Korean Cooking
Got this for my wife so that she can cook her favorite dishes. She's very happy and it has worked well for 3 months now. It works on the sove and can be transported easily to the table still hot. The lit fits well and hasn't caused any issues. The base is a little on the cheap side so I'd give it a 4.5 if I could, but upped it to 5 since I'm pretty happy overall.

Ease of using and keeping food hot0
Bought this for my Korean son-in -law. He is a gamer and eats many meals in front of his equipment. I saw how this works in a restaurant and was amazed on how hot it kept the food. I was very happy to see how wonderful it works. It has its own tray and lid so it can go anywhere. It's quality stoneware. The only thing I didn't like was it says not to wash with soap. It has a great coating too I don't know why. But I would definitely recommend it. Thinking about getting myself and my daughter one.

Great personal size pot
If you are single or just wanna make a single serving, then this pot is it. It cooks stew, soup, ramen, rice, braises meat, and serves mixed rice. I love its versatility. Easy clean up and very light. Heads up… it’s not heavy stone bowl.

Good quality
It is very easy to use. Keep food hot. Like it that it has handles to make it easier to transfer the bowl from stove to the trivet, then to the table, and ready to eat.

1 This pot is big enough for a large serving or two small ones. It keeps your meal hot much longer than a regular bowl. With this dish, you don't have to gobble down food before it gets cold. It's especially good for slow eaters.2. Doesn't break easily. The top fell on a brick patio, but it's just fine.3 The tray is plastic and probably will not hold up to the hot pot.4. I feel it's overpriced.5. It would be nice if it came in another color, or even a print.

The base is plastic and got burnt at first use.
The pot and cover is really good. I was just surprised that the base is plastic and it got burnt on my first use. The pot and cover is functioning as intended. The build quality seems excellent and the size is just right for one serving, which is what I have always wanted. I’m just worried how long the base will last.
