The Hammer: The Best of Hank Aaron from the Pages of Sports Illustrated

Must report that this book appeared after I had extensive consultations with the Sports Illustrated executives. I compiled a 1,503 page annotated bibliography of articles collected from 1954 through August 9, 2007; I included all seven of the SI articles in my comprehensive work. My compendium remains unpublished due to the copyright ownership law. I am a Hank Aaron scholar and Negro Leagues scholar dedicated to Hank's career and life, and the Negro Leagues for over 58 years.

Interesting collection of stories from various points in Hank Aaron's life. Sad to see that someone so humble & so talented has been scarred by the ignorance of individuals who couldn't see past the color of his skin.
