DANGEROUS if used long-term outdoors!
I took this down from 5 stars (I really LOVED the lights and they were beautiful) to 3 because the battery pack shorted, caught fire, set my lawn on fire and by a miracle, nothing else was damaged, but there could have been significant danger to homes and people. If you get these (they're absolutely adorable), DO NOT leave them outside for an extended period of time. I left them outside for months, and the fire raced from my front yard to my back yard, up to my neighbors driveway upon which his freshly fueled pickup was sitting *and the gas meter* to both of our houses.Would I use them again? Absolutely. Assuming I took them down again that day.And now on to my original review:-----I bought these because they were inexpensive and I wanted to do a kind of "proof of concept" thing for my front yard, where I put some trellis netting and thick dowel rods to grow star jasmine on. The idea was that I'd thread the lights through the trellis and the jasmine would grow around them both, so at night it would be lit.I expected to have to do this a couple of times before I got it right, so I bought some trellis netting here on Amazon, literally staple-gunned it to some dowel rods that I'd bought at a local craft store and shoved the whole lot into the ground. Then I threaded the lights through the netting, set them up to charge, and wandered off until night time. That night, I was boggled. It looked a thousand times better than I thought it would, and other than straightening the dowels to tighten the netting and training the jasmine through the trellis, thus far I've left it alone. I'm going to buy additional lights, but that's the only major change.During the day, because the jasmine hasn't grown very much yet (it's been 3 days...), it looks a little scraggly. This has nothing to do with the lights, because even on the north side of my house, they are charging. At night it looks amazing. QUITE bright. And once the jasmine grows in (which isn't going to take long, holy cow that stuff grows fast!) it will look amazing during the day. I'm very excited and I've gotten compliments on it already.Once it's grown in, I'll edit to post day and night pictures, but that will probably be several months.

GREAT Customer Service...stays lit all night.
Had a small issue, their customer service group handled it immediately. These lights stay lit for the entire evening, even in winter. Thanks again for the great customer service!!!

Great addition to patio
Worked great ...as time has gone by they blink or don't turn on. It has something to do with solar panel if I got it with my hand the stop blinking

Pretty, could be brighter
I love the colors. I put them in my Moravian star. I just wish they were brighter.

Surprisingly bright for such tiny lights!
After the frustration of trying to use rope lights as well as regular white Christmas lights to wrap around a big metal 4ft star that I use for my front yard nativity scene--neither one has worked that well---not to mention having to use a very long extension cord just to plug them in. I just happened to see these solar powered mini lights, and thought I'd give them a try. Well, I am pretty happy with them so far. I've had them up for 4 nights now, and they look great! I bought the 2 package version and ended up only using one---each strand is 33 ft long and has 100 lights. (I'll probably go ahead and use the other strand of lights to make my star even brighter!) They are pretty easy to set up, although I had a little difficulty unraveling the copper wire from the cardboard package while trying to wrap them around the star--but that's probably just my clumsiness. The solar power supply box is fairly small and unabtrusive, so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. The photo shows a close-up of my star using one strand of the lights with the other package sitting on the ground, powered up and ready to use if I choose to add them. The second photo shows the lights with the moon in the background (I used a flash, but you can still get an idea that they are bright enough to show up from a distance!) I would recommend these little lights for projects where you don't have electricity easily available. Overall, it was a great purchase!

Work well
Everything is good about these string lights. Long-lasting, 7-8 hours at this moment, after 1 month (not sure how long will work after). Thin cooper cable that invisible on the tree or garden

Great value
These lights are great for the price. They add a great ambience to my backyard at night time. They don't offer enough light to illuminate the area but they look beautiful which is why I purchased them. Solar seems to work well even though they do not get direct sunlight in my yard.

Buen producto
