Can this tool be used to make stirrups and round rings?

It is possible to make a round shape with this bender, but in only one diameter (about 4"). You would have to use long material to make a circle, cut off both ends, and then align them to have a ring. This bender does not make small angle bends consistently, so stirrups would be difficult.
