Pool kick board
Just what the Dr. Ordered

It is what it claims to be...
I read the other reviews with a mixture of good and bad, but of the bad reviews it was mostly people expecting this product to be more than it claims to be... it's a kick board, not a float board. If you want a float device, buy one. If you want a kick board to help train kids, swim training, or water therapy, this board will satisfy what you are seeking.

Easy for adults, hard for kids
Kick-board is a bit too big for kids to use (maybe ok for teens, I’d say maybe 14+) but is a great size for adults. I love the hand grips as to use as well as the other option of simply grabbing the edge of the board. The board could be a little sturdier, it does seem like cheaper foam and is flimsy, often times my swim students are scared and don’t trust this kickboard when they are by themselves because they feel it will sink. I tend to switch it out for a more stable one and use this one for personal use. Overall good for adults but not for anyone under 14 or not on a swim team

Good swimming aid
I shattered my left upper arm in an accident at home in Aug. 2018 and, after surgery, I needed extensive physical therapy. I am not a gym-type person but love to swim so when Covid closed the p/t facility, my p/t continued at the local YMCA pool. I bought this paddle board, even though the Y has some like it for patrons' use. I just didn't like the feel of the Y's paddle boards which seemed heavier (& harder to maneuver in water) to me, and were rather used & abused (nicks, gouges, rough edges, etc) by the kids that also use the pool.Anyway, because my left arm doesn't have full ROM, I use my paddleboard to stabilize myself while concentrating on my leg kicking (American Crawl style) exercises. Even though I can float like a cork & have been a swimmer since age 4, it's nice to have this board to buoy me up when I want to take a small rest break in mid-pool or deeper water.I would recommend this board to anyone who wants or needs a little extra buoyancy in a swimming pool. It would also be good for kids working on strengthening their swimming skills. This would also be a good pool floaty for kids to play with as long as they know basic swimming or are in shallow water where they can easily touch bottom, AND are supervised by an adult swimmer. It is not, however, a floatation device to take the place of a life preserver for a non-swimmer. Enjoy the water but ALWAYS BE SAFE!

They're Okay
They Work. A little over priced for the quality, but they work.A little flimsy- not as sturdy as more expensive options- but it did work fine for myself and my 200 pound husband!

Not as expected
A lot smaller than expected and flimsy

very lightweight, little support
Of course, it depends on your needs. I wanted to use for laps in the pool and this did not support my 145 pounds.
