Deltana SDL980U19 Storm Door Latch with A Round Rose 7/8-Inch to 1-3/8-Inch Door Thickness

It doesn't really work on the generic wood screen doors from a big box store. They have the right frame width but the depth needed for the latch put the knob half off the frame and into the screen area. It's very nice quality but definitely needs a wider frame than specified, probably not an off the shelf basic model big box simple screen door.

This door know it's well made and cute but too small from a front door mostly for a screen door or closet. Very small.

I looked high and low for a small handle that would fit my 1” cedar screen door. This was perfect but the reviews were mainly negative. I can’t speak to how the finish will hold up over time since I just installed it but it looks great (I ordered the oiled bronze). As for the operational complaints, I believe most of the issues are related to two things. 1) when you drill, it’s critical that the two holes be perfectly perpendicular. If you are off, the latch won’t operate smoothly due to the design. 2) when you install the handles, don’t over-tighten them as they will rub against the escutcheon plates. This will prevent the latch from moving freely which some said was a machining issue. Keep it a bit sloppy and it will operate smoothly. Overall, this is a nice little set.

Bought this for our motorhome bathroom door. It was difficult to find a door knob for only a one inch thick door. This fit perfectly and looks great. The black finish was a perfect match to the rest of the accessories in the room.

This was a perfect handle for my 20-25 year old storm door. It looked like the brass one that was worn out and fit perfectly. I love the black.
