Great idea, execution somewhat flawed
Pros:- The light therapy works surprisingly well. If the mask stays on until morning, it's much more pleasant to wake up to a gradually brightening light than an alarm.- Easy to set up and use.Cons:- Android app is buggy. 4 out of 5 times the mask sync freezes, requiring a random combination of mask resets, phone restarts, etc. to actually get it to sync. I haven't tried it with the iphone app.- Foam on inside of mask can be irritating to sensitive skin. Other (non-smart) sleep masks I've used have been made out of a less irritating material.- Battery life is only sufficient for one night. After a 6-8 hour night, remaining battery is usually at around 20%.- Sensors seem to be intermittent at best (at least with my facial geometry). It seems that, when sensors lose contact, green lights illuminate right in front of your eyes. And because they seem to lose contact frequently ... it's not very conducive to getting to sleep. I find that taking a shower or scrubbing my forehead immediately before can help, but this is inconvenient for those who usually shower in the morning.- Probably as a result of intermittent sensor contact, much of the sleep analytics aren't useful. I'm pretty sure I'm not waking up 25 times in the middle of the night ...Overall:I really, really want to love this product. It's almost worth using consistently just for the light therapy. But it currently has too many issues to be useful to me. I imagine that many of these issues may be specific to the person using it (the shape of their face, skin resistance, activity during sleep, etc), so your mileage may vary. I often find myself putting it on, then after a half hour or so getting frustrated at the repeatedly illuminating green lights, or the itchy foam on the inside of the mask, then removing the mask and sleeping without it.

Numerous Technical Issues, Good at blocking light and waking me up
TL,DR:I purchased this in December and was very excited to start using it.Cons:Numerous unresolved technical issues.PRO's:4/5 for actually blocking light effectively.5/5 for Waking me up with no alarm clockEnd of TL,DR.Excitement waned rapidly. The device appears to have been used some according to its stored data, it had 49 sessions in it when I received.I noticed the App for iOS has the months for my Birthday, completely wrong. It is showing 2 of half the months, I.E., JAN, JAN, MAR, MAR. (SO its glitched). When I first turn on the mask, I must open the App and then close it, and open again in order for it to see the mask is on.Otherwise when you hit, Begin Sleep button, it says the mask isn't on.If you try and re-pair the bluetooth connection, it has to re sync the data to the app for some reason, which can take upwards of 30 minutes as its almost a minute per sleep session. The nap mode doesn't bother to collect any analytics. The Lucid Dreaming has yet to be released. The feature for it detecting that you are trying to go to sleep, supposedly works, but it leaves bright blue LED's shining in your eyes, which prevent the going to sleep part.If you turn that feature off, and just hit start sleep, it works fine.Otherwise nap mode operates with the BRIGHT BLUE LED's in your eyes.As for the analytics, they seem alright, but there is no customization available. Here's the biggest issue, how the hell does all of this end up in a product that is being sold as done and not Beta/Alpha?Clearly Neuroon has a good idea, but the execution of that idea is exceptionally flawed. The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because I do use it every night.Eventually, I expect these bugs to be worked out.

I really love the Neuroon mask
I really love the Neuroon mask. I always have trouble waking up in the morning, but this mask makes waking up much more pleasant with the light therapy. It's also great for using on the plane, as I have been traveling quite a bit the past month. The Neuroon mask is seamless and easy to use. The instructions are very clearly stated which makes the mask setup quick and painless. It took me a few days to get used to sleeping with the mask, as I am a stomach sleeper (which isn't good anyway), but now I don't notice the difference. I would highly recommend this mask.
