Is this actually a Lewitt 441 flex?

Yes. It is. And it works like a charm!

Trying to decide this 441 or the 440 for voice and podcasting

It depends on what you need it for.. If only for podcasting and voice then the 440 is all you should need. I have both and love both. The 440 is about 4db more sesitive/hotter than the 441.. but that's only a matter of setting the gain higher on the 441 to match the 440. They are very close in sound signature. The 441 is a multipattern mic., so it can do more than the 440, things like doing an interview with someone sittng across from you (figure 8 setting), or, playing an instrument and capturing the room as well (omni setting), and much more.. Interestingly, I found the 441 in the super carioid position to sound almost identical to the 440 on acoustic guitar. Either one is a steal!

I'm not sure what you mean wattage but, the power source is: 48V Phantom Power. Just use an XLR Microphone Cable and plug it into Mic Pre or Mixer that has Phantom Power to power the LEWITT 441 Flex Microphone. I have included the Specks Below. what audio interface is recommended for this microphone?

Any modern audio interface/mixer with a XLR mic input and +48 phantom power, which means pretty much all of them. The exact model really depends on what you're going to do with it. The Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 or Presonus Studio 24c would be a good place to start and up from there. This is a versatile, outstanding condensor mic. Don't go el cheapo with the interface.
