I tried it on my clients and they seem to like it. I do have to be careful though how much I use, after all it does have over 2400 mg of magnesium in one once. I add a little to massage lotions to help muscles relax and for soreness. It seems to help leg cramps. Like I said before, be careful how much you spray on.

This is an amazing product, it really does relieve pain. My wife has had a long term hip problem with a lot of pain and the spray definitely relieves the pain.

This stuff is awesome!! I am bone on bone in my left knee with deterioration in my neck. Pain and spasms abound. I tried this and the pain lessened by about 40% after 2 days, and today (7 days later) my pain level is 2 instead of 8. This is after an 8 hour shift working in the hospital and walking 4-8 miles a shift interacting with 10-13 patients. The pain relief is better than liquid capsule Advil (1800mg a day for a few days trashes my GI tract and never mind my kidneys and hypertension.) Strong pain meds just make me stupid the next day.The other benefit (I rub it in 2x a day) is that I use it before bed and I can physically feel my body relax and I am not waking up at night with a throbbing knee or neck. I feel so much better . I am just so thankful that this is so effective. Hope it works for you as well :)

This was recommended to me by the wife of a physician who is also a nurse. Many people suffer from a loss of magnesium and don't even know it. It is very easy to over dose from magnesium by taking it in orally. This way it is easily absorbed through the skin. You can never over dose. It helps and I sleep so much better....I feel so much better.

Excellent! This spray has been so good for me. I have eczema and this stuff helps to clear it up. Yes, it burned like heck when I sprayed it on! I was hoping it wouldn't. I read some of the other reviews before ordering. Most said it did not burn them. I was broken out already. After using this for about three days, the burning went away and so did the rash! I am overjoyed! Even with the burning, it felt better afterwards. So, I'm sold! I do have to be careful when taking liquid magnesium at the same time as using the spray. You do absorb this through your skin. Too much magnesium can give you loose bowels! Just monitor your use if you are also drinking the liquid. One day and I'm back to normal. I now know I need to skip a day on the liquid if I'm spraying this all over every day. It takes a little experimenting but it's not that bad. If you have eczema, you need to increase your magnesium!! I searched for what I was missing for a year before finding out it was magnesium. I even found a book "The Magnesium Miracle" (here on Amazon) that helps to explain all this to you. I am beyond sold on this product!!!

The best product for pain relief. On the second day of use my pains were mostly gone. Wonderful and so easy to use (spray), no smell, quickly absorbed. The palms of my hands were dried but I wrote them and quickly got an answer back: use a lotion 30-40 minutes later.

I originally bought this for my eczema, but it stung so much I left it in the restroom. A few days after I told my mom that this was also good for arthritis and sore muscles, I saw that she took it for herself and she's said it's helped a lot with her hip pain. She still has it in her room and it's half full now, so I'm assuming she likes it.

This product is a little sticky after applying on your skin, but it seems to work. I spray it on my upper arms and other body parts. I rub it in a little. I read one customer's review who applied it to the bottom of his feet. Happy so far.
