I was pleasantly surprised by King Arthur Flour's Gluten Free Protein Pancake Mix. As someone who has tried countless gluten-free mixes, I can confidently say this one stands out. The pancakes come out fluffy with a light texture, something that's hard to achieve with gluten-free products. I also love that it's Non-GMO and has no added sugar, making it a healthier option for my mornings. Plus, the fact that it's non-dairy is a bonus for those of us with dietary restrictions. The mix is easy to prepare, and the flavor is just right—not too sweet, which allows for customization with your favorite toppings. I’m definitely keeping this on hand for quick, guilt-free breakfasts!

Most GF mixes taste terrible, but this one is really good! Couldn’t tell it was GF

For GF baking it’s not bad. I plan to make waffles with it too!

As a gluten free girlie, these are one of my favorite finds! Great taste but no added sugar, pretty clean ingredients, extra protein in my meal, and super easy to make! I keep 3 bags at all times because I go through them so quickly.

This is such a great product. It allows you to sill be able to enjoy so many things that would normally contain gluten. Especially for someone like me, that bread is my kryptonite.

I loved the buttermilk pancake so got this one along with regular gluten free version. I wish I'd noticed this one has steviol glycosides which must be stevia and I avoid that.. Not the end of the world I'm not going to even try and get refund because my mistake for one at least its not sucralose which is used in quite a few things without mention on front label

Tastes different. Texture different. Not very fluffy. Love the original gluten free. Compared to them these are disappointing.
