Very quick delivery, much appreciated. This comes with no nuts to go on the threaded mounting studs. Be sure you have some before you go to put it in, as the ones you take out may be rusted or painted and not reusable. I used this to replace one just like it in a very old bath fan. When I first installed it on the existing bar where the old one was mounted, it wouldn't spin, just hum. When I took the whole thing down with the mounting bar, I discovered it sits directly on the bar, keeping it from turning. I put washers on the threaded studs to create a space, then put in the mounting bar and secured with nuts I had to provide. After that it works great, nice and quiet. Just turned out to be a lot of work for something so simple.

I would and will recommend this replacement fan for Broan/Newtone. I was skeptical but it fit perfectly.

This motor does not work like the OEM ones. I do not recommend it because of the speed.

Got this motor, attached fan blade, and tested. The unit was super noisy and obviously out of balance. I removed the fan thinking it was probably the culprit. Nope, the shaft of the motor was the issue. Really a poor product.

The ease of replacement was top notch for the value. The performance and quality are amazing and quiet.
