Definitely holds, but it’s really strong close to the eyes. When pulling the tape off if it gets caught on an eyelash it hurts the client. I’d give it a 2 out if 5.

This tape dispenser is very cheap the actual tape is amazing

Good tape
The tape dispenser is not sharp to give a good clean cut, you have to pull on it which alters the tape. All the tape is great!
