Preface to my review: I consider myself an extreme hair-loss case: I'm headed for menopause, have a high-stress job, am genetically predisposed to hair loss, and take medication that causes my already thin, fine hair to shed out faster. I've been taking this supplement daily for over four months. I didn't see any changes the first two months, but after my hairstylist (who didn't know I was taking this) commented that my hair felt thicker and was growing faster, I started paying closer attention. Now, 4 months in, I notice that not only is my hair growing faster and shedding less; my fingernails are growing faster as well.I gave four stars because It hasn't caused more hair to grow in as far as I can tell, but it has strengthened the hair I do have, and I experience less shedding overall. Bottom line: my recommendation is that it's definitely worth trying, but you have to be patient to see results.Additionally, I highly recommend Honeydew Biotin Shampoo for Men and Women (also available on Amazon) - I've added that to my hair care regimen and it has noticeably increased the impression of volume and the actual thickness of my hair shaft.

I really do love this product! The amount of hair that falls out in the shower has drastically decreased and I’m not even through my first 30 days yet. But these taste so bad… they taste and smell like dog treats and on top of that are pretty big so I struggle getting them down in the morning. I’m still going to keep taking them through 90 days though since I’m already seeing results.

I bought these to give them a try. My hair is thin and needed to grow in. I have been taking them for three months and can honestly say my hair is growing in faster them I thought it would. The only complaint I have is the after taste.

I have been using this product since December and have noticed amazing results. I am growing out my pixy cut that I have had for 5 years and definitely needed help. I am a vegetarian so I do have a protein deficiency which makes growing my hair out a long process. It takes time and does not work overnight but if you stick with it - you'll see results. I could not be happier. I take this pill along with the NeoCell Keratin pills - I have used both since December and take every day. It is pricey but, again totally worth it.

I heard this product was amazing and was willing to try it for 3 months. I was only able to get through 1. This smelled and tasted like fish and usually it’s not problem for me. However this was intense. I still drank it everyday but every single time I had to hold my breath. The pill is kinda big too so be weary of that. I don’t know if it worked or not that’s why i didn’t give this a 1 star.

I was skeptical of yet another hair vitamin but these have blown my mind. I have been on a healthy hair journey for about 6 months. My hair wasn't growing and it just looked lifeless. Had tried 2 other hair vitamins and didn't notice any changes. Started these 2 months ago and already see and feel a difference. My hair is feeling thicker, I have baby hairs along my hairline and it is so SHINY!!! For reference, my hair is very fine and highlighted. This is not an overnight fix-give these a few months and watch the magic!

I can’t say enough about these hair supplements. They’ve been a game changer for me. I’m postmenopausal and I lost about half my hair during that tragic process. About 3-4 weeks after I started taking them my hairstylist noticed a change in my hair. That was all I needed to hear. She was so impressed she bought some and now offers them to her clients for sale. It’s recommended that you take them for 3 months but I’ve been taking them for almost a year now. They’re also great for my nails. I highly recommend this product.

I was a skeptic but not anymore. I had a cancer which led to a hysterectomy. My hair thinned and I was shedding handfuls of hair. After taking these for two months and my hair is thicker at the hair line and it grows like crazy! My hair is a short pixie cut and it's grown out in 2-3 weeks! In a month and a half, it grew an inch! My hair is fuller and thicker. I'll keep taking them because I love my hair and after 4 yrs of thinning hair, this was just what I needed.
