I loved the look of this chandelier on Lamps Plus but they didnt have a PayPal option so I looked on Amazon so I could get 5% cash back using my Amazon card. Anyway, I found the chandelier for the exact same price, sold by Lamps Plus so I ordered it from Amazon. As soon as I took it out of the box I wanted to return it but my husband said it would be fine. One the the light fixtures is crooked/bent, as you can see in the picture. It cant be bent back. We tried but it started to make a cracking sound. Also, the ground wire is fully exposed as you can see in the other picture. If we grounded it to the screw in the plate per the instructions, it would look terrible. The "white" and "black" wires arent marked. The instructions say to feel for a ribbing but neither my husband nor I could feel the difference. The wires are also very cheaply made and kept breaking off when connecting and the chain links were difficult to open and close. We have installed several lights and ceiling fans in our homes over the years and have never had an issue. Very disappointed in this product for the price. We have turned the chandelier so the bent unit is least visable so we're making it work.

This chandelier arrived quickly and in great condition. I love how this looks in my living room!It was a pretty standard ceiling light install, but I would recommend to others planning to install themselves to have the help of 1 other person as the chandelier is a little heavy. Also, the light bulbs are really bright so I ended up having to also install a dimmer switch. It might be worth also purchasing a switch if you don't already have one installed.

Some of the bulb inserts are crooked. Also if bigger concern, 6 of the 12 bulbs broke at the glass end and fell off. Very concerning. Will see how new bulbs do.
