I use it when I cook, when I’m in the shower, when I’m watching tv or sometimes I use it when I’m writing. It is a bit stronger than I thought it would be. I thought it would feel as if I’m chewing gum, but it feels like I’m chewing some meat.

I have been using this for almost 2 weeks now and i can definitely say that this works. I can feel the burn when using this and that is why Im confident to say that with continued use, ill get the results im hoping for. The holder is also a nice addition. I just hope they made it a tiny bit bigger as it sometimes hard to close. Other than that everything is nice.

I've gone through different brands and found these to be the best so far. The only issue is that they don't last long enough, (1 month). They don't hurt your teeth either. It's nice that they send you two sets, light grey ones are a little too soft for me now so I've been using the black harder set. I'm going to purchase these again and have been pleased with the results. These are also larger than some of the other brands which feels much better to chew on.

Much much better then the other brand named chissel. These are much cheaper but wayyyy more durable and gives you a better workout resistance. Love my results too!! Thanks

it says that it is 40lb - 50lb of resistance. do not believe this. you will damage your teeth.
