Esperaba un buen libro de recetas para preparar alimentos en hornos solares. El libro contiene pocas recetas, y son para un tipo de horno solar que no es de uso general. Las recetas contienen ingredientes enlatados o precocinados. Entonces el horno solar solo se usa como un instrumento para calentar, y no para cocinar a partir de ingredientes crudos. No recomiendo perder dinero ni tiempo comprando este producto.

I am glad I bought this book. I'm a newbie at solar cooking and needed some guidance on how to begin. In my opinion this cookbook will help me as well as an experienced solar chef.

It seems like the recipes will work with my solar oven. Now that it’s above freezing outside I’ll have to try it

Haven't actually tried to use it, but it looks to be easy to follow and has complete instructions.
