Edit: The clear case on the plastic portion of the faucet filter cracked when I had four more filters left, so I reached out to the company to see if they would just replace the case since I have so many filters left. Although it took a while, Tylola did get back to me and helped me with my concern. Other than that one issue, I have used and loved the same product( faucet filter) from this company for years with no issue. I may just have to be extra careful with the water pressure so that the case doesn’t crack again(I don’t use high pressure in my sink anyhow and had never had any issues before).

I really liked this at first, it screwed onto the faucet really easily and worked perfectly for a month. But when I tried to change the filter for the first time, I had to remove it from the faucet (it was impossible to just unscrew the bottom) and then when I tried to reattach it to the faucet it won't go back on. The cheap plastic already wore out after just 1 month. And I tried contacting Toyola for a replacement but the inquiry form does not go through.

The water quality in my home is not very good and often has a strange smell. After using this water filter, the taste of the water has improved significantly and it tastes fresher. The installation is also very simple. You only need to connect it to the faucet. No professional tools are required and it can be done in a few minutes.

Was working fine until about 5-6 weeks in....the plastic sides of the faucet started to get cracks and water would squirt out from the sides. I had to disconnect the product. Was fine when it was new but poor quality to crack in such a short time.EDIT 1-16-25: A new one was sent and it is working just fine. CS was good. Thank you.

The media could not be loaded. Had it for less than 2 months. The plastic faucet has cracked and leaks. It didn’t fit around my existing faucet so I had to use the universal adapter. Water filter did need replacing after 6 weeks.

The product worked great for a month and a half then broke like many other reviews. I liked that I could see the filter turning darker and knowing when to switch it out. However, it just does not last. Now I'm stuck with the parts it sent with. Generated waste and regret making this purchase.

This attachment was easy to set up, I added it to my bathroom faucet and it comes with multiple replacement filters. The design is minimalistic and sleek looking. I can’t wait to see how long it lasts!

Cheap and functional. Broke after a month and window to return expired!!! Stay away from this product
