very good and lovely heat output
really pleased with this wood its the best wood I have used in my pizza oven and the heat out put when using this wood was fantastic and far dryer than the wood you buy in the netting bags

Great for an Ooni
Once I got the Ooni to the right temp using lump wood charcoal, I use only one or two pieces of the wood per pizza. Also good to know the wood was consistent hardwood instead of random wood which have different effects on the cooking. Even included some natural fire lighters

Last well
Only thing against them they were a bit to long to fit in my pizza oven so needed to cut down. Which was easy enough but wasn't expected. Last well I used them with pellets

delivery was good. the wood is a nice size for the ooni pizza oven we have I put sum in water for an hour or two let them dry for on for another hour and put them in pizza oven done right the smoke that comes of on to pizza is so better you only need 2/3 pieces and boom 💥 😋 lovelyI definitely recommend
