This is by far the worst product fulfilled by cloud tail. Of the 4 retractable card holders, a couple or more are sure to be damaged. Upon opening this packet, I found 3 out of the 4 items broken. Returned. Received replacement. The replacement was also damaged. Return initiated.

Opposite to given description (about heavy duty, durable, etc.), it is a lightweight product. And it is not at all durable...just a little rough use will break this into pieces. Not at all worth the price...avoid wasting money on it.

Very poor quality product. The retractable cord either gets cut or gets stuck between the spindle and the outer jacket. The spring is not powerful enough to retract attached badges completely every time. With use, the spring loses elasticity. I do not recommend this product

Been put through hardy use for the last two weeks and nothing seems amiss. Already ordered a second box because of how many people loved them as little gifts.
