Hello friend, sure, the bulb and nozzle can be safely cleaned with vinegar, soap and warm water. Thank you for your question.

there is a bulb and 3 nozzles ... what is in that tube? all the writing is in chinese ... ???

The tube is hollow for emitting the liquid in the bulb.

How much liquid can it hold at one time?

Hello, my friend, the enema bulb can hold 7 ounces of liquid to meet your douche needs. Thanks for your question. RANEU Customer Service
