Great tasting rub, but the broken seal upon arrival was a disappointment.
Great rub from Harry Soo, shipping however popped the seal off and let some of the rub clump up. 5 stars for the rub, 4 stars because I could not return due to an opened seal.

It’s delicious and complex
I love the shiitake and Worcestershire powder added to this rub. It’s very complex and hits a lot of notes up front. This would make the most delicious potato chip powder! It’s got a tiny little spice kick but it’s nothing crazy (especially if you love spicy). I would definitely recommend the splurge (a little expensive) and to support Harry Soo!

I disliked that one of the jars arrived with a broken lid and some of the contents spilled.

Hotter than I expected, but it was good

good on brisket, not so much for a rib eye steak....
used on a smoked brisket, I and others like the taste-- will use again. I used on a grilled ribeye- it was not as great...had to bust out the A1 sauce to help it.
