Keeps juices from going all over the counter and is very good quality, beautiful color.

I went to a friends house for dinner, and they didn’t have a cutting board. While we were enjoying dinner, I ordered this and it arrived the next day. They were so thrilled and appreciative of the gesture. And the quality of the cutting board is fabulous.

This has made carving a roast or turkey a trouble free experience. The meat does not slide around while cutting it and the juices stay in the channels, instead of running all over the counter and making a mess. The other side is a nice smooth surface. It could be used for a normal cutting board, and pretty/spacious enough for a chartulary board.

Game changer. Seriously. Used to wrestle with rare roast beef to try to keep juices from pooling off the cutting board onto counter (and floor), but no more! Deep channels are perfect! Added plus is meat does NOT slip at all; the weird tiny pyramids in the center anchor everything in place. You'd think that would make it hard to clean but NO: just don't let it sit long, super easy quick-scrub and it's done. I imagine it WOULD be tough if you leave a mess overnight but as that's kinda gross anyway I can tell you it's a fact cleanup if you deal with it promptly. Overall, a GREAT price, GREAT product, and beautiful to boot: it stays out on my stove top all the time :)

I like the grid on the board. Do wish it was a little larger overall, but all in all a nice cutting board.

We used this cutting board this Thanksgiving. It gripped the turkey and kept it secure when cutting into the turkey. The wells captured all the juices, leaving my counter clean.

It did what I needed it to do while carving a big turkey. Our turkey was 32# and this was perfect to hold in olace while carving and had drain valleys.

It is great for carving your choice of meat! The grips hold the meat in place.
