The bags are sturdy & organic just as I planned. I used the bags as a final gift wrap of homemade bread, it made the bread look as good as it tasted.

I needed to find a replacement for some older bags I had that were starting to rip along the seams after years of constant washing. I used them instead of the thin mesh type bags to wash smaller items, even the dogs collars and leashes. I really like using cotton bags, and also wanted bags that had a double drawstring to make securing the top before tossing into the washer easier.These are a very good size. They went through their first wash and dry very well without shrinking up and they stayed nice and soft. However I am already down to just four bags, my husband happened to see them as I pulled them out of the dryer and decided to claim one for himself for small garage things. :(These bags seem to be well made, have so far washed and dried well, and are just the right size for keeping smaller/delicate items protected during the wash and dry cycle. Even the packaging was nice!

I'm going to have to order some more of these things I'm out again. Every time I think I got enough there seems to be use for more. I never seem to have enough spares in the pack to use for foraging and whatnot

The quality of these bags seems good. Dimensions are advertised, however think of it like a zipblok bag, the more you put in it (I.e. increase the height) the less length it can hold.This becomes an issue when you read a bunch of reviews about people storing shoes in here. If you wear a 11.5 or 12 mens US shoe, you won’t be able to get two shoes in one bag and be able to close it. You can get one shoe in but it sits on an angle.I can’t really decide if that’s worth keeping or not. There are probably other options out there for around the same price considering you have to use 2 of these bags per pair.I am not really thrilled since I bought these to be shoe bags.Update: I spoke with a customer service representative from small fish. I must say they are top notch. They resolved my issue. Changing my review to 4 stars.

Review for the 3rd order:I bought them for 3rd time. they are very good. I recommend to everyone.from past 2 orders, I am using them to keep veggies in the refrigerator. got rid of plastic bags completely.now comes the freezing of cut veggies. So I ordered 3rd time.I tried one bag to keep the cut carrots in the freezer, working good. avoided putting cut veggies into zip lock bags.however, it won't be as good when you put the cut veggies in the zip lock bag directly.one of my friends suggested to put the veggies directly in these bags and then put the bag in ziplock. in that way there is no direct touch to the plastic and zip locks can be re-used.Note: Need to be washed before use.*********Review for the 2nd order:I absolutely loved this. Ordered for the first time as I wanted to get rid of plastic bags for grocery. Having seen them working beyond my expectation, I ordered for the 2nd time.Once in a week wash one set of bags, and fill the washed ones with the grocery.most of the vegetables are fresh even after 3 weeks, as the bags absorb water,unlike plastic bags where I would put paper towels !!Note: Need to wash before we start using them.**************************These are good. packed and shipped in good condition.using it for a few days now. still want to try whether the vegs and fruits get dried inside the bags when stored in refrigerator. will update the review after a month again.So far very good.First wash them before use, they do shrink a bit. but expected of cotton material.

I purchased these to hold flour because I don't have enough space for a lot of canisters. These bags are perfect and hold ~9 lbs of flour comfortably. I can stack the bags and get way more on a shelf than I can with canisters. When I am not using a particular kind of flour, I toss the bag in the laundry and then in a drawer. So much cheaper and more versatile than canisters for storing flour. And nope, I have not had issues with the flour mites in double digits years. No issues at all with these bags!!!

These are being washed as I write this and I can't wait to use them. First off, I always think "quality" when something is presented as nicely as these bags were. I plan to use them for potatoes, onions and bananas. If they work, that will really be a load off my mind, as I am tired of things going bad on me. If not, well they can then be used in many other ways. I do believe they are organic, as there was no odor whatsoever, and if the seller said "organic" in the listing, then I am inclined to believe they are. Very nice looking, versatile size. Happy!

Love having natural bags for my organic produce. Exactly as described. Will be ordering more and more— no longer need to keep my lovely vegetables in plastic!
