The umbrella is sturdy and very well built
The umbrella is sturdy and very well built. It blocks the sun well and provides a lot of shade with its 11 foot cover. The crank smoothly moved the umbrella up and down. The base has a handle and wheels to help move and adjust the umbrella. There's also a handy velcro tie that secures the umbrella when it's down. For a very good product and price, I would definitely recommend others to buy.

Too soon to tell for sure but looking good.
We have only just got installed as parts were missing. Supplier was "on holudays" and said they would send it out when they got back. after a couple of weeks, i inquired about the parts and was told they were not available. My husband juryrigged some of the parts and bought some others and managed yo put it yogether. it looks good and operates as advertised. If it holdvtogether and still looks good in six months, i will upgrade the rating

Five star almost item.
The instruction where not user friendly. The instructions were a set of very small pictures which didn't make the nuances of assembly very clear and left assembly more protracted than necessary. The end result was well worth the pain. We didn't use the sand bladders provided, instead we put in four sealed bags of 50 lbs of play sand. Which filled the void and works great.
