I bought three of this type of product recently, this being at the mid price point of the three. See the photo. I liked that it has the 3.5mm jack built in making it the least fiddly of the three products. The soomfon for example requires two cables, power and audio output, this, if it is already charged, requires no external cables. Although smaller it felt robust and better made than the cheaper unbranded product. Output was at a fixed volume level that level being the same as the Soomfon at it's maximum and the same as the unbranded product which also has a fixed output level. The Soomfon's volume control only turns the output down from what is otherwise the same output level as the other two. I'm really not sure what the point of that control is. However, like the Soomfon this u-green is quiet in between tracks and quiet in quiet passages of music. Pairing was straightforward. Each of the three uses a different encoding to receive data from your source (phone usually I guess), but, apart from the noise issue with the cheapest of the three they all sounded pretty much the same to me. Perhaps the difference will become apparent over time or with more demanding, say, classical, material. Overall, of the three I would buy another of these if I needed another of this product type.

I thought - without looking too closely at the reviews - that it'd be fine as I've got another Ugreen Bluetooth transmitter. Wrong. This took multiple tries EACH set of headphones/earbuds to pair, and even then it's not guaranteed. Finally, a bit of plastic fell off it. It's so cheap and annoying - I done even want to find a box to return it (I'd recycled the original packaging). Don't buy it. Huge disappointment for Ugreen.

I love to watch tv in bed of an evening, but I’m now in a semi detached bungalow, I prefer to keep the volume low so as to not disturb my neighbours sleep, but struggled to hear it, so I then went for subtitles, but I’d need my specs on, so this with a set of Bluetooth headphones was the answer to my prayers, works a treat, easy to set up too.

Good once managed to connect it. Lasted for about 10 hours of an 11 hour flight.

I bought one of these so I could listen to my bass guitar without having cables everywhere and it works perfectly. Just ensure you have all other bluetooth devices switched off before connecting headphones.
