Syba "I/O Crest Blank Tray Storage Box Drawer for 5.25"" Bay Drive SY-ACC65085

Should put this in every computer. It's cheaply made but seems good enough for the price. I can't complain. Super handy to store things like driver CD's and cable adapters, or your cell phone/charger when not needed. Once you have one, you can't live without one. Just don't be stupid and beat on it, and you'll be fine.

This drawer fits in the bay for a CD drive in PC cases. I thought it was a great way to fill in the slot, since I was missing the cover. It works as described, using a push-to-open mechanism and is a great place to store usb drives, external drives, etc.

Clever way to use a 5.25" bay if building new in an old PC case. Reasonably priced and decent quality. Frame is metal, drawer plastic. You may have to drill additional holes for installation, depending on your case design.

This is great. Sturdier than I expected. The drawer even comes with rollers and slides out easily and smoothly. Meets all my needs and then some.

Feels cheaply made which I don't mind but the drawer does not slide smoothly at all which is a pain along with the drawer not being flush when closed. All could be solved very easily by manufacturer. Set up was easy!

I mean 5 1/4" drives are kind of a thing of the past but if you got an old machine and you slot one of these inside you got a lot of literal storage in your computer I put a few USB storage drives and a USB Portable HDD in this and nobody really knows its there but me and its so nice!

I mean, it's plastic and kind of feels cheap, but there's no other options.

the sizing on this unit is slightly larger than 5.25" making it a little to tight for some 5.25 bays, After squeezing it into my bay the drawer would not spring open like it should have, also the box will extend a little deeper into your case, it is about the same size as a ASAP DVD/CD Player

Cheap functional storage won’t fit all cases though especially cases which the optical drives need to be installed by removing the front case panels such as hp cases.

Imposible meterla en la bahía de 5.25 de mi ordenador, es demasiado ancha!!! No sé si me ha tocado una defectuosa o que, pero me veo en la obligación de devolverlo. Por cierto mi caja es una TJ08 de silverstone.
