This was part of my attic project. Unit is well built and the photo shows all the parts that come with it. Unit easily worked with a beam and two trolley. Unit is very well made and will last a long time. Very heavy duty and made to take heavy loads. Easy to move hoist with beam and trolleys. Glides to smoothly on track, with heavy load attached. Will need something to use as a trolley stop for each end of the beam, I used two C clamps.

Used this with two trolleys (for additional load capacity), made some brackets and bolted it onto a garage hoist; drilled and put a bolt at each end to retain the trolley in the track, works flawlessly. I'm going to be adding additional track with turn pieces.

I have experience building ceiling hoist for disabled people. If you decide to buy this set from Unibilt keep in mind that it is very heavy duty, and with the trolley weights 26 lbs. What you don’t know is that Track Hanger Clamp 8672 have to be ordered at Unibilt and cost $40 a piece. It is true that one hanger has a Maximum load capacity is 1000 lbs, but if you hang the rail from ceiling, then you have to spread the load. So for 5 ft long rail you need 4 Hangers total with cost $ 160. I am showing you how I hanged the ceiling hoist from attic, how reinforced the trusts and how I distributed the load. I recyclet the kit as scrap and accepted the loos of $106. I found a light duty kit in Amazon cheaper and easy to hang, with the same results.

Used two sets for a cantilevered gate. Welded tracks together for 10 foot run. It is solid.

Needed a place to store a snowblower and winter tires, this with a hand pulley worked perfectly.

The track was wrapped up before the paint was dry! The 3) wrapped areas look like hell. It’s going into my elders mothers bathroom to assist with her exiting the wheelchair. I’m repainting it my myself because I don’t have a weeks time to wait for a replacement (which more than likely will look the same). Patrick Todd
