Not sure how this got SOOOO many 5 star reviews other than most of these are fake. I give it an overall 3 stars. The mug itself is nice enough. It is smaller irl than in pictures although I suppose it holds 16 oz? I like the light color so I can see how dark my tea has infused. But the whole reason why most of us are spending $15 on a mug is for the lid and the infuser. The metal infuser is fine but the lid is horrible. Im love that its wooden cause I have broken ceramic lids in the past but it doesn't fit. In fact it is completely off center. The round part that was glued onto the lid that's supposed to hold the tea infuser is off center which then makes the lid off center. PLUS the lid is not tight at all. It moves around all over the place. You have to hold it in place as you walk or it will fall off. If the lid fit tightly and wasn't off center, this would be more than a 3 star mug.

I absolutely love this mug. It is 16 oz like it claims and came with an infuser and a wooden lid. I especially like the lid because I don't have to worry about accidentally breaking it. My tea stays hot for as long as I need (it stayed pretty hot for around 35-40 minutes with the lid on and kept warm for longer when I put the lid back between sips). If you need your drink to stay hot for more than an hour, maybe this isn't for you. But I suspect for most people it'll do just fine. Yes the lid sits loosely on the top. But because of the extra ring on the inside, it's not going to slide off unless you trip or something. I haven't had any issues with it staying on at least. Overall I like it so much I plan to buy a second one so I can have more than one color.

I was hoping this would be the perfect mug, and it would be except it doesn't insulate well, and gets very hot after pouring the water in. The design is great, and the lid serves as such a nice holder for the stainless steel basket to rest in after steeping the tea leaves. The handle is very large, which is nice for a mug, but does give it more of a coffee mug feel than tea. I will likely return it, though, because I don't need another coffee mug.I bought one for myself and my friend as her housewarming gift because she is a tea lover; maybe she won't be as critical.

Love everything about this mug and filter. The sfine mesh filters everything and leaves none of my loose tea in the cup, such a more pleasant wayto drink loose leaf tea! The mug is slightly larger than standard without being bulky so I love that too. And if I microwave a cup, the handle isnt scorching hot either! Wonderful. The only criticism is the wooden topper, it doesnt quite fit to use as a coaster for the mug so I use it more as a coaster to set the filter on between cups. It keeps my counter clean, but the wood isnt the easiest to keep clean.

Did a lot of searching on a decent mug that came with a filter for loose leaf tea and went with this one. color is cute. design is cute. It's perfectly functional. I liked the idea of the wooden top thinking the ceramic ones might get hot. Would recommend this.

I bought this cup as a birthday present for my best friend who enjoys tea. She told me she loved her present and has used it already and I have not heard of any issues with the item. It is an attractive mug with a wooden lid to seal insulation, along with the tea infuser than can be used for both tea leaves and bags. The cup will be a wonderful collection for any tea drinker for the upcoming cool fall weather.

OMG, I absolutely love this mug. It has the best inserted strainer for loose tea leaf or any kind of infused tea. It’s well-made solid cup I bought the aqua color and I love it. The best thing is there’s a little bamboo wooden lid. Are used to use a T-ball and this cup is a game changer.

This cup could have easily received 5 stars. It looks just as pictured. It arrived well protected & the quality is good. The only problem (which is a biggie) is it doesn't keep your tea hot at all. My tea became cold quickly! I will still use it, I will just have to add this small cup of tea to a bigger cup of steaming hot water.
