This cleaner is a game changer. Relieved is an understatement, I spray it , let it sit for a little bit. I do go over it with an old toothbrush, and then I wash it away. Very minimal scrubbing and my grout lines look great.

I almost returned because the it was leaking when it arrived but not much gone so I decided to try it. Works great! Used a long handled grout brush and gently brushed it in. Grout looked like new!

It’s been difficult to get this grout clean without using bleach and giving myself a headache. I heard about Obssess Grout & Tile through an online review and gave it a try. I only did a 4x5 square but you can definitely see the difference. I sprayed it on, let it sit for literally a minute and either used a toothbrush or grout brush. It removed the dirt very easily without any harsh smells. As a matter of fact I can’t smell it. I’m excited to finish my floor and then my shower. Then I’ll try the Aqua-X Hrout Sealer to see how well I can keep it clean.

I don't know if I got a dud but I didn't really get to use this whole product more than a couple times before the nozzle broke and it leaked everywhere. It was okay the couple times I did use it. Might try again but not for a while.

I sprayed this on my shower tile, let it sit, wiped it off, and NOTHING. The grout still looked bad. I tried again, nothing. Sprayed it on, let it sit overnight, nothing. I can’t imagine how it got all those five star reviews.Another issue is the packaging. The instructions are printed in size zero white font on yellow paper. I had to get a magnifying glass to read them. Who designed the label? Try using black print in a reasonable size.Another packaging issue: The bottle of cleaner had obviously frozen at some point. The seal at the top was leaking so the plastic wrap and labels were soggy. The bottom of the plastic bottle was bowed out so the bottle could not be placed upright. It looked like an aluminum can that was left in the freezer, blown out and distorted and leaky. Probably this product sat outside on a pallet in below-zero temperatures.The combination of poor packaging and an absolutely useless product makes me want to give this minus five stars.

I have been using this for some time now to clean the tile in my bathroom. It works great when cleaning the grout and no heavy smell to it either. I will keep using this.

This is the best product I've tried yet to clean grout and tile. It doesn't have an overpowering odor & it works fast, especially when combined with a grout brush. I have zero complaints. The picture shows the tile cleaned at the top vs not cleaned below the bottle.

I followed instructions on the bottle but didn’t get the results I expected. I could have achieved similar results with a common household cleanser I already had. Very disappointing.
