This faucet is better than my Hansgrohe at a fraction of the cost
My 8 years old Hansgrohe kitchen faucet was in need of replacement because the cold water side was losing flow and pressure. I tried to clean out the spout's screen, did not make a different. I removed the cartridge (which looked brand new) and flushed the lines - did not make a different. I checked the water supply pressure - 65 psi, plenty of pressure. So the problem must be with the clogging of the faucet's water line internally - nothing I could do but to replace the entire unit.I spent a whole month researching for a new faucet ranging from $150 to $500. I had gone through their features and online reviews until my brain was on fire. I could not find anything that I could pull the trigger on. My main thing was to find something that is easy to install/uninstall, a removable Aerator so I could clean the debris every once in a while, in Brushed nickel finished and with plenty of water pressure. Not too much to ask I thought, but to my surprise, 80% of the faucets out there came with non-removable aerator! And then there are the reviews with horror stories after stories about leaks and poor Customer service.Just when I was about to give up, I received a email from Amazon recommending this Wewe faucet. At first I was skeptical because it was so inexpensive. But what the heck, looking at one more won't hurt. To my surprise, I found that it had all the features I wanted and it had 85% (over 25,000) 5 Stars reviews and a few I read praised about their excellent Customer Service. At the price it offered, I could not find a reason to turn this down. I figured I have very little to lose - maybe the cost of a Hansgrohe cartridge replacement :) So I pull the triggered in less than 15 minutes.Well, am I glad I made the decision to buy. Used it for about 10 days so far and it worked beautifully.Pros:- Lightweight (1/3 or the weight of the Hansgrohe) but feel solid - does not feel cheap at all- Took only 15 minutes to install - just tighten the nut (with build-in handle) by hand, the two water lines to the water supply and the weight block, that's it.- The weight block is heavy enough that the pull down spout would return to position by itself.- The spout pull down feels light and smooth - easy to swivel to reach all corners of the sink.- Powerful water flow and pressure. At least 3 times more than my Hansgrohe even when it was new. I don't have to open the faucet all the way any longer. Just half way in between is more than I need.- Removable aerator - but it did not come with a key. It uses M18.5 size key which can be purchased separately.- The most I like - Unlike most faucets, the handle of the temperature control points up to the sky for Hot water and points towards the user for cold water, this one points to 45 degrees on either side. This is great because it gave me the option to install the unit with the temperature control facing me rather than on the right side only. So I get Cold water when moving the handle to the right and left for hot water - like normal bathroom faucets.Cons:- For installation with Temperature control Handle on the right side of the unit (like most installations do) - the direction of the handle is opposite from most faucets in the market - meaning you get Hot water when you pull the handle towards the sink and Cold water towards the back. Swapping the cold & hot lines when connecting to the water supply will be needed to make it works like the others. I don't have this problem because I install the unit with the handle facing me so it works out perfectly as the Cold side is on the right and Hot on the left.- There is no magnet to hold onto the Spout. This should not be a problem as the weight block is heavy enough to keep the spout from slipping down from the housing.- Nit Picking - The spout does not always seated at the same spot when returned to the housing because there is no build-in "slot" for the spout to insert into like some faucets do. But this is more like an annoyance than anything else. In my case, the spout may be off just a couple degrees left or right, no big deal. All in all, I am extremely happy with this purchase. I don't know if the faucet will last, but to me the cost justify the gamble. Since it is so easy to remove it, I don't mind to replace it if something happens a year or two down the road.

Happy Camper!
So happy with this faucet. I was looking to replace a 2-handle faucet with side-sprayer in my kitchen. I wanted a pull-down sprayer model and zeroed in on the WEWE High Arc model. Attractive design, good reviews, well priced. At first, when evaluating the faucet, I was slightly worried the oval base plate would not fully cover the hot/cold handle holes in my standard side-by-side sink, but it does. I was also a little concerned because the base plate area of the sink itself is rectangular. However, as you can kind of see in the picture, the depth of oval design aligns perfectly, front to back, and once installed it gives the sink a slightly artsy feel. I had a counter-mount dish soap dispenser from a yard sale to fill the now empty side-sprayer hole and mounted that myself - easy-peasy.I could have installed the faucet, but since I had a plumber coming to the house for another reason, I had him do the faucet install. It only took about 15 minutes (mostly due to him having to navigate behind my garbage disposal to get leverage for tightening the unit). I also had him position the handle at a 45* angle, instead of the normal 90* placement, since my backsplash clearance is tight. It's only been a few days, but I am super happy with my purchase.

Great faucet for the money.
I really dislike the idea of going to the local big box store to get a faucet. I knew they would run anywhere from $150-$400 for a really good one. So I decided to be cheap and take my chance with this. So far so good. Install took me less than 15 minutes. And that was taking my time. The middle crank that you use to tighten up the faucet from underneath is pretty self-explanatory. I hooked up the hot water so that it would turn on from facing the handle to the back and cold water turning it towards the front. Like I said looks and it works great. Please make sure that you put the weight on the right end of the black line so that you can retract the sprayer back into the faucet. It’s even marked to show you!

Nice looking but light duty
I purchased this for my mothers kitchen after looking at reviews. It is a nice looking faucet but the quality feels and is cheap. She is 91 so I didn't want to go the high end route. It was easy to install thanks to the plastic tightening sleeve over the nut that holds it in place. It also comes with very long hot and cold lines making quick work of installation. As someone else mentioned in their review I too switched the hot and cold lines. Pulling forward is usually cold and is a safer option as I tend to pull the lever forward when shutting off and turning on the water. If you have a running dishwasher on the line you could easily get scalded. Because this unit can be set with the lever in front I get why it is set up the way it is out of the factory. My biggest peeve is the sprayer and buttons. Very cheap and sloppy feeling.

A classy faucet for a lot price, and great customer service!
We needed a new kitchen faucet and wanted a modern design, but didn't want to spend a fortune. After reading so many good reviews we decided on this WEWE model and loved it right away. Not only was it super easy to install (no adhesives or sealants needed), but we loved that the knob could be positioned on the left, center or right of the faucet. It's also easy to reposition if you want to change it (just loosen the bracket under the sink by hand, reposition and tighten). I think this faucet is much nicer than the more expensive models I looked at in home stores. After about 1.5 years, the faucet head started having problems. It was stuck in spray mode and the button to change it to a straight stream suddenly stopped working. I contacted WEWE to ask if they had any tips. They were able to pull my info from my Amazon order, see that it was still under warranty and quickly sent me a replacement head for free. Now it works great again! I was impressed by how easy they made the whole process. Would highly recommend.

PLEASE READ if in UK!
Firstly, Amazon doesn’t allow returns on this product, so be very careful (I was unaware until I tried to return it a few days after purchase). Also, there is no mention of the integrated connecting hot/cold hose thread size anywhere in the description, and the Wewe website indicates that it’s a 3/8” thread but it’s not, and I can’t find anything that fits it. I’d love to try the faucet out but I can’t even get the darn thing hooked up because there are no adapters to be found. So any Brit thinking about this kit, BEWARE.Update: after visiting 2 more plumbing supply stores (1 hour of driving), no one can fit the connector ends on my unit; all saying they’ve never seen anything like this before. Again, BEWARE!

UK buyers not suitable parts and no return
I bought this item because it had good reviews and I thought it was easy to fit. The couplers although it says 3/8 inch that is totally incorrect. I have been visiting so many plumbing stores in my city in Oxford UK and I was told that this is definetly 5/12 which is not a standard coupler and impossible to find in the UK. I wrote to the customer service and they adviced me to buy from US amazon which will add £25 to the price and 1-2 months waiting time. I asked to return the product but they dont accept the return. I am totally dissatisfied and I would not recommend at all to UK buyers.

Looks good, but stop water button sticks
I have had this faucet for a few months now. The spray is circular as opposed to some of the more high end units that angle the nozzles so that the spray makes a line. This was a drawback, but I knew about it before I purchased it. The unit looks great, good water pressure on both the regular and spray. You don't have to hold the spray button down like some other models which is a bonus. My one and only complaint is that the stop water button sticks. I use this feature all the time and is really annoying. About half the time I push the button the water stops, but the button doesn't spring back out when I let go (not even when I turn the water off). I have to pry it back out with a knife to get the water started again. Beyond just being frustrating this leads to little scratches on the nozzle. Also, it's stop or go - nothing in between. The higher end units let you use the button to moderate the amount of water that comes out - push the button all the way in and it stops completely, let go a little and a little water comes out. All said and done, I think it's good value and would recommend this (with that one caveat).

ridiculously easy to install and solid feeling.
Removed my 10 year old faucet which was very similar in design only more expensive ($200) and not nearly as solid feeling. This thing feels quality, the instructions are very clear. A few extra parts are included (washers, a tiny hex bolt, hex key, a couple aerator screens). On the whole it looks very promising. Installed today (March 4, 2021) so cant speak to reliability yet. I'll try to do a follow up review in 6 months and a year.
