I really like this faucet set up for our garden tub.Very sturdy made, and easy installation. My wife loves the handheld sprayer, it has plenty of reach as well. Great for giving the dog a bath, and rinsing the tub. So far we love it! One thing to note, the hot and cold supply connections are 3/8". I used a quarter turn suppy valve 1/2" inlet with 3/8" outlet. May save someone a trip to the hardware store.

Easy install, looks good, feels solid.We will see if it lasts (using it only two weeks), but very happy customer for now.I will update if it starts to leak within a year or breaks.

Overall, it’s a great set up. My husband had a heck of a time installing it, but mainly because we have a mobile home and the plumbing set up is different than a house. The biggest issue I have is the chlorine or chemical smell that comes from the faucet anytime we turn on the hot water. I thought by now the smell would go away but it clearly has not. I don’t know if it’s related to our city water but for the price, I could say it’s worth it… for now!

Bought this to replace my mobile home’s bath tub leaky faucet. I have an elderly person who shower in the tub and need a handheld shower head. Searched all over the place, Lowe’s and Home Depot, for something like this but most of them are unavailable or take too long to deliver. I couldn’t wait because the old faucet was leaking hot water. Found this product via Amazon and it was delivered to my door by 5 am the next day! The product is high quality and made of sturdy nickel material and had some good weight to it. Everything is well organized the box and very easy to install. Needless to say, I am very happy with the product.

Best option in it's price range by far. Very sturdy all metal design with an excellent flow rate on both faucet and sprayer. Some water drips out when turned off but the tilt keeps it in the tub. Installation was mostly simple, however you need to unscrew two brass fittings to fit one of the faucet parts into the deck hole. The hose works great and goes back smoothly. Installation requires a wrench, screwdriver, and plumbers tape. Everything else, including hot/cold water lines were included.

Our contractor installed it the wrong way - mixed up hot and cold water hoses, so hot water wouldn't turn on. Lucky for us we recognized the issue immediately and had it fixed. It works well and has made the use of soaking tub a breeze. The only thing that could be better is the way the hand shower is designed. If it is not placed the right way, when the faucet is opened, water can get on the floor tiles and may be a hazard especially when kids use the tub. Adult supervision to ensure the correct placement if hand shower is necessary. Wish the design was done such that the shower would only go in one way, with the shower head facing inside the tub.

Just installed and am very happy with it. Can't speak to longevity yet so a tentative 5 stars for now. Tap and wand have great pressure and operation is very smooth
