I have struggled with extremely dry, red, sensitive skin on my face for as long as I can remember (I have been diagnosed with Rosacea and Dermatitis). My dermatologist recently recommended the Vanicream skincare line. After about six weeks of using this cream on my face (in combination with the Vanicream Cleansing Bar and Vanicream Sunscreen), I started noticing that my natural skin barrier was being restored, and a lot of the redness and sensitivity was going away.It is also important to note that before using Vanicream, I was using an extremely expensive cleansing line for over two years (SOOTHE by Rodan + Fields). It controlled the dryness, but didn't really do anything for the pain and redness I was experiencing. I then developed some sort of allergic reaction and was forced to look for other skincare options. At first, I didn't like Vanicream as much as my old skincare line (the dryness returned when I first made the switch). However, I stuck with Vanicream day after day and eventually got WAY better results!Vanicream has gone way beyond my expectations. Not only is it way less expensive than what I was using before, it actually works to improve all of my skin issues! I felt compelled to write this review to help other people like me get back to feeling great about their skin!

This is VERY thick. When it first goes on but nicely smooths onto your skin. My skin is super sensitive and I have had no sensitivity issues with this whatsoever. No smell and I will order again. Wish it wasn’t so pricey
