I bought the Cream for my daughter’s hair, and it works really well! It moisturizes and defines her curls without making them feel heavy or greasy. Her hair stays soft, bouncy, and frizz-free throughout the day.The scent is nice but not overpowering, and a little goes a long way. Definitely a great product for curly hair! Will be repurchasing.

I have mid-back length fine, combination curly and wavy hair. It is prone to tangles, puffiness and getting weighed down near the roots (because of how fine it is). I tried this on a whim, not expecting much, and I love it! For me it works the same whether I apply it to damp or dry hair. It seems to work to refresh curls when the hair is already dry. I don’t need very much, maybe a quarter size amount. It does not get stiff at all. And it also doesn’t get greasy or heavy, even with a few days between washes. I’m not sure if just rinsing my hair gets all the product out, but it seems to. The texture is nice and the smell is awesome! I’m normally not a fan of sweet smelling products but this smells like lemon cake in the best way possible, and it’s not overpowering. The product is not tested on animals and also pretty inexpensive for quality hair care. I will continue to use this and would recommend trying it.

I’ve really enjoyed the results I’ve gotten using this product! My curls have looked great! But, the smell is not my favorite. It is a “lemon meringue” scent—I wish it was either a lemon or vanilla. Not a deal breaker for me, but I won’t be repurchasing once it’s used up.

This is a great set of products for curly hair. I have 3A Curls and these products together just work for me. The shampoo and conditioner have a very light powdery cashmere/ musk scent. That’s not normally a scent I would go for, but it’s actually pleasant. The Curl Friend Defining Curl Cream… is the bomb. It smells like lemon cake, which is my favorite. Most importantly it leaves me with big soft loose curls every time I use it.

I love the look and smell of this product. I wanted it to work for my hair so bad, but for some reason it makes my hair more frizzy. I even bought the leave in conditioner and the curl mousse. It just does not work for my hair. I have very very very thick coarse curly hair. The product feels great and when my hair is wet it looks good, but by the time it dries I am a huge frizzy mess.

I got these at the very beginning of my curl journey and these were amazing. I actually was taken aback by the smell at first, but I love the smell now I use these all the time and I love that. It came in a set now I ordered them separately because the shampoo and conditioner lasts a lot longer than the curl cream. I switched from the Cantu brand to this brand and I love cake, beauty. I also pair these products with Umberto Giannini.

best curl cream ever made. i am very very very picky about curl creams so this means a lot coming from me. my entire life i’ve tried probably every curl cream and they always make my hair stiff (like i sprayed hair spray or sum in it ew), or just don’t dry well. this one works soooo well for my curly hair and gives me the most perfect ringlets when it dries and DOES NOT dry stiff. and my curls have MOTION AND MOVEMENT and feel so soft. like sorry for the long review but i put everyone in my life on to this!

I really like this shampoo, conditioner, and curling cream. A little goes a long way surprisingly. It softens my hair and helps with frizz while giving my curls a kick. It also adds a nice shine; however, I do not like the scent at all which is why I deducted a star.
