This is really good
I'm still getting the hang of using this, but it does seem to be doing a lot of good, especially when I'm having stiff neck. I will say, the Instructions page is a joke. And I wish it had some instructions on usage

Love this headstand bench - sturdy and works great to help enhance my headstand practice. Great for inversions and use it everyday.

Versatile and sturdy
It feels very strong and secure when I'm using. Was easy to assemble. When I have the insert in and am using it as a bench, the insert tilts toward the middle and creates a divot. Generally very pleased with it though.

Cool Product, I feel young again.
Love that I can do a head/hand stand so to speak and strengthen the stomach muscles. Plus, it’s a functioning stool/bench.

Headstand assist - not initially impressed
7/25/2024 Just received & assembled. The seat has a stain on the top, so I’m not excited about that 😒I tried it & it works, but the cushion is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I purchased the more expensive version thinking it would feel more comfortable, but that didn’t work out as expected. I’ll test it out for a week.

Happy about the yoga bench
I’ve only set it up but it seems very sturdy. Don’t feel I’ll get a splinter from the wood (was a concern of mine) and the cushion also seems to of nice quality.

Love this and use daily. Seriously tones the core without hurting your neck. Feels very sturdy and super easy to assemble !

Great for beginners
Fantastic. Really showed me how weak my core muscles were, lol. I haven’t been upside down like that since I was a kid, but it all came back. Start by using a wall as support!
